Where is our data hosted?
We agree on it with you before we start and write it in the contract. When GDPR applies, we can keep your data in the European Union. You always know where your data is.
Who can access our site and data?
Only named Ethere staff who need it to run the service, with personal accounts, MFA and logged access. We don’t sell, share or analyze your data.
Can you move our site from our current provider?
Yes. We copy everything to a staging environment, test it with you, then switch at a planned time. Your old host stays active until you confirm that all is well.
Do you add analytics or cookies to our site?
No. We don’t add anything to your site without your request. If you want visitor statistics, we can suggest options that respect privacy.
What uptime can we count on?
We don’t quote a magic number. We explain how your hosting is built, how we monitor it and how quickly we respond, and we put response times in writing.
Can you host applications that use Oracle?
Yes, together with our Oracle DBA service, so the application and its database are looked after by the same team.
