Data & SystemsIT systems
IT systems and infrastructure, managed and documented
For companies in the US and Italy that depend on their servers and network every day. We look after Linux and Windows servers, virtualization, networks, cloud and backups, alongside your IT staff or as your infrastructure team.
- Updates on a calendar
- tested on a first group, then rolled out
- Backups we restore
- recovery tested, not assumed
- Everything written down
- inventory, diagrams and procedures

01When to call us
Old servers, a flat network, backups on hope
Infrastructure problems stay invisible until the day something stops. These are the ones we see most often.
Servers nobody wants to touch
An old operating system, no documentation and the fear that a reboot won’t come back. So nobody updates it.
Backups on the same network
If ransomware hits, copies stored next to the servers can be encrypted too. You only find out during the incident.
A network that grew by accident
Office PCs, servers, cameras and guest Wi-Fi all on one flat network. One infected laptop can reach everything.
Cloud without a plan
Some things moved to the cloud, some didn’t. Bills grow and no one has a clear picture of what runs where.
02What we do
Your servers and network, looked after week by week
We do the routine work that keeps infrastructure healthy, and we are there when something breaks. Updates on a calendar, monitoring that reaches the right person and backups we actually restore.

04Backup and disaster recovery
Backups that come back when you need them
A backup is only useful if it can be restored quickly and completely. We keep copies where ransomware can’t reach them, test restores on a schedule and write down the steps to get back to work.
- 3-2-1. Three copies, two media, one off site
- Immutable. Copies that can’t be deleted or changed
- Tested. Restore drills with a written result
- Planned. Recovery steps written down in order

05How we work
From a first map of your systems to a calm routine
Clear steps, written down. Urgent risks first, then the rest in order.
-
Map what you have
Servers, network, accounts and backups, with read-only access first. You get an inventory and a list of risks.
Read-only first -
Fix the urgent
Backups that can’t be restored, missing patches, services open to the internet. These come first.
Risks first -
A plan for the rest
Priorities, maintenance windows and costs in writing. You approve it before anything changes.
Approved by you -
Run and improve
Monitoring, monthly updates and restore tests. A short report every month in plain language.

06Questions
IT systems questions we often get
Do you replace our IT staff?
Not necessarily. We can work alongside them on servers and networks, cover holidays and busy periods, or be your infrastructure team if you don’t have one.
Linux or Windows?
Both. Most companies run a mix, and we look after the whole picture: servers, virtualization, network, cloud and backups.
Should we move everything to the cloud?
Not always. Some workloads are cheaper and simpler on your own servers. We compare costs, risks and effort, then suggest what fits: cloud, on-premises or a mix.
Do you work remotely?
Mostly, over secure access that you control and can switch off. When hardware work must be done on site, we agree on it in advance.
Who keeps the admin passwords?
You do. Credentials live in your company’s password vault, with a named account and MFA for each of us. If you change provider, you keep everything.
Do you work with our current suppliers?
Yes. We coordinate with your internet provider, software vendors and hardware suppliers, so you have one point of contact for technical issues.
