Questions about our services
Can we start with just one service?
Yes. You can start with one need, such as a slow database or a website to move, and add other services later with the same team.
Do you work with our in-house IT team?
Yes. We can work alongside your IT staff, cover specific areas such as Oracle or security, or act as your technical team if you don’t have one.
Do you work in English and Italian?
Yes. Meetings, reports and documentation in English or Italian, whichever your team prefers. Ethere Inc. is based in New York and active in Italy.
Do you work remotely or on site?
Most work is remote, over secure access that you control. When something must be done on site, we agree on it in advance.
Will you sign a confidentiality agreement?
Yes. We are happy to sign an NDA before you share details about your systems or your company.
Does espionage protection mean investigating people?
No. It is defensive only. We find where sensitive information could leak, set procedures, train staff and check your own systems and premises. We don’t follow, monitor or investigate anyone.
How is the cost decided?
It depends on the scope. After a first conversation we send a written proposal with the work, the steps and the cost, before anything starts.
