01Why it matters

Know-how leaks through ordinary doors

Most leaks need no spy. They happen through a shared link, an account nobody closed, a phone call that sounds legitimate or a USB stick.

Files shared too widely

Cloud folders open to anyone with the link, attachments forwarded outside the company.

Access that outlives the job

Former employees, agents and suppliers who can still log in.

Requests that sound legitimate

A “customer” asking for drawings, a “supplier” asking to confirm prices. It works by phone and by email.

Devices that walk out

Laptops, phones and USB sticks without encryption or clear rules.

Defensive work only. We protect your information, your systems and your premises. We do not investigate people, follow anyone, intercept communications or collect information about third parties.

02What we do

Decide what is confidential, then protect it

Not everything needs the same protection. We help you sort information by value, then match access, procedures and training to each level. Security stays proportionate, and work keeps flowing.

04How we work

Discreet, structured and on your side

We work with a small group you choose, under a confidentiality agreement, and only on what belongs to your company.

  1. Understand what matters

Which information gives you an edge, who handles it and where it lives.

    Under NDA
  2. Find the weak points

Interviews, a walk through your processes and checks on your own systems and premises.

    With your authorization
  3. Fix and train

Classification, access rules and procedures, plus training for the people involved.

    Proportionate rules
  4. Stay ready

A response plan for suspected leaks and periodic reviews as people and projects change.

    Plan written in advance

05Questions

What companies ask us first

Every situation is different. Write to us in confidence and we will tell you plainly whether and how we can help.

We can sign an NDA before you share any details. We keep only what the work requires.

Do you investigate employees or competitors?

No. Our work is defensive. We protect your information, your systems and your premises. We do not investigate people, follow anyone, intercept communications or gather information about third parties. If a case needs an investigation, that is a job for your lawyer, licensed professionals or the police. We can support them with what we find on your own systems.

We are a small company. Is this for us?

Yes, if your value lies in drawings, recipes, formulas, prices or customer lists. Small teams often share everything with everyone. A few clear rules and some training already close the most common gaps.

What happens if we suspect a leak?

Write to us. We help you preserve logs and evidence on your own systems, close the gap that may have been used and plan the next steps with your lawyer. Acting in order matters more than acting in a hurry.

Will the new rules slow down our work?

They should not. Protection is matched to the value of the information. Most documents stay easy to share. Only the few that really matter get stricter rules.

Is what we tell you kept confidential?

Yes. We can sign a non-disclosure agreement before we start, we work with a small group you choose and we keep only what the work requires.

Worried that confidential information could get out?

Tell us what you need to protect. We reply by email, in English or Italian, and can sign an NDA before we look at anything.
